PHOTO OF THE WEEK: Friday, October 10th, 2008
A group of children from the Hoa Binh primary school in Vinh Long, Vietnam are on their way to school. The bridge they walk across was constructed by CRS Vietnam to help children in this community get to their classes each day. Previously many of them had to walk several miles in order to attend school. Whether it’s building a bridge or making school more accessible for students with disabilities, or teacher training programs, education continues to be a major focus of our response to the needs of the people of Vietnam.
