Universal Declaration of Human Rights, Article 10
December 10 is the 60th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Leading up to that day, we’ll post on this blog one of the thirty articles of the declaration.
Article 10
Everyone is entitled in full equality to a fair and public hearing by an independent and impartial tribunal, in the determination of his rights and obligations and of any criminal charge against him.
